In 1993, we made the first small version of the Aquafix machine for sites that need very little treatment. It holds only 500 pounds and can be moved and set up by hand with three or four people.

In 1994, we built the first silo machine. It can be bolted to a free standing silo of any size to be used on sites where a large quantity of lime is needed or where the customer would like to use bulk lime deliveries. In 1998, the silo machines were changed so they could also be used with a powder form of material such as hydrated lime.

In 1994 and 1995, we worked with the U.S. Dept. of Energy, while they ran a test with one of our machines at the Crystal Mine site, an underground copper mine, near Butte, Montana.

In 2000, we worked with the EPA while they tested one of our machines at the Summitville Mine in southern Colorado. The Summitville Mine is an EPA Superfund site. Both of these tests were very successful and have received favorable reports from the DOE and EPA.

We now have a few machines working full time in the Hard Rock Mining regions with more to come in the future.  At this time, we now have 300 machines working in fourteen states all across the U.S. We have machines in: Arkansas, Colorado, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Virginia & West Virginia.  We also have machines working in 3 countries including Canada, Chili and Tasmania.
